Background: Prior to obtaining his J.D. from Temple University Beasley School of Law, in 2005, Mr. Ganim, Esquire, served as a Law Clerk for Mr. McLaughlin, Jr., Esquire, in both 2003 and 2004. After being admitted to the practice of law in Pennsylvania in 2005, Mr. Ganim, Esquire, worked within the Health Effects Litigation department of Pepper Hamilton LLP, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, for close to ten years, where his responsibilities included coordination of the administration of class action lawsuit settlements. In 2015, Mr. McLaughlin, Jr., Esquire, invited Mr. Ganim, Esquire, to re-join his practice as an Associate Attorney to assist with the administration of estates in probate. When Mr. McLaughlin, Jr., Esquire, passed away in 2016, Mr. Ganim, Esquire, began to chart a path for the future of McLaughlin Ganim, Ltd., under his leadership.
