Background: Prior to obtaining his J.D., cum laude, from Delaware Law School of Widener University, in 2015, Mr. Bates, Esquire, participated in the Environmental Law Clinic, where he researched and drafted filings for use in active environmental litigation. Upon graduation, Mr. Bates, Esquire, joined the Philadelphia City Solicitor’s Office, Water Law Division, as an intern. In 2016, Mr. Bates, Esquire, accepted the position of Associate Attorney with McLaughlin Ganim, Ltd., where he handles a wide range of matters.
