| GENERAL
PRACTICE |
| William
L. McLaughlin, Sr., (1917-1993) hung out his shingle in 1950 in
the then sparsely populated village of Paoli located at the end
of the rail commuter line to Philadelphia.
|
| He had, by necessity, a general practice.
He took cases from common people with ordinary legal
problems or in need of good sensible advise.
As the law in each of the practice areas became more
complex and unstable, he kept up by expanding his library and
devoting considerable un-billable hours to study and research.

By
following his example, we have avoided over-specialization by
keeping current with a wide variety practice areas.
This is advantageous to clients who inevitably have
issues that overlap. For
example, a divorce may involve areas of estate law, criminal law
and business law. Having
a comprehensive picture of the practice areas allows me to
provide both guidance and service at a reasonable cost.
Please call for a free initial telephone consultation and
we can decide together whether or not this office can help you.
Please note that the practice is restricted to Pennsylvania and
selected federal courts. (See the Attorney
Profile).
